Excellent service and friendly staff. Brought my truck in for an oil change and possible repair of drain plug. They called me as requested BEFORE doing any repair work. PLUS, they vacuumed my truck and filled the tires that were low on air!! I'm only upset that I didn't start going to Downtown Auto a long time ago!

Honest, fast and friendly service. While passing through Green Bay on my way home from vacation, my alternator suddenly went out. I had just enough power to get my car to the nearest mechanic. It happened to be Downtown Auto Service. They were super helpful and they had me back on the road in a matter of hours! Highly recommend!

I've taken a couple of my cars several times. Prices are very reasonable and repairs are completed in a timely fashion, though sometimes you have to wait a week to get your car in. But they are limited in space and quite busy so I don't fault them for that. They are great at identifying what the issue is and don't try to sell you 6 others things. If your looking for an honest repair shop look no further.

Super helpful! I don't know much about cars but when I spoke to Lloyd on the phone, he was very nice and told me they would take care of it for me. I dropped off my vehicle overnight and put the key through the drop off box. Promptly the next morning, they called and told me it would be ready the same afternoon! I was thoroughly surprised and delighted. Also, it came in $20 under the original estimate and they were honest enough to pass that savings along.

Downtown Auto does a great job. All the staff are very helpful, trustworthy and meticulous with my car. They are conscious of keeping it clean while working on it. They vacuum it and wash the windows with an oil change. They offer suggestions with priorities on future maintenance. I would highly recommend Dave Shaw and his entire team!
